Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Keydros dashboard and the public case pages at dashboard.keydros.com (the “Dashboard”). The Dashboard is operated by Brick Software LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“Keydros”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, accepting an invite, or answering on a case page, you accept these terms. If you act for a studio or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

A studio’s paid service is also governed by its order or plan confirmation. If it conflicts with these terms about the paid service, the order prevails. Use of keydros.com is governed by the Website Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

• Keydros finds public FiveM servers that appear to run a studio’s MLOs or maps, contacts the owners on the studio’s behalf, and records the outcome: licensed, removed, verified transfer, or takedown.
• Keydros is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. Its messages and case pages are communications from, or on behalf of, a rights holder. They are not court orders, not findings by any authority, and not legal proceedings.
• Whether a use infringes a studio’s rights is the studio’s claim to make and, if disputed, for a court to decide. Keydros does not guarantee that any detection is correct or that any case will reach any outcome.
• Keydros is independent of Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Tebex and Discord.

Access is by invite. Keep your sign-in secure, do not share it, and tell us promptly if you think it has been misused. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Studio owners are responsible for the people they invite and for removing people who should no longer have access.

• Authority. You confirm that you own or are authorised to enforce the rights in the products you add, and that your sales data is lawfully yours to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of your product list, resource folders, licensing packages and message templates.
• Templates. The wording of messages and removal warnings that go out in your name is yours. Do not include threats you do not intend or are not entitled to make, false statements, or unlawful content.
• Sales data. Webhooks and CSV imports must come from your own Tebex store. Keep your webhook secret confidential. Matching depends on the data you provide; incomplete data can lead to a licensed server being contacted or an unlicensed one being marked licensed.
• Credits. Cases use credits as described on your plan page. Credits expire at the end of each billing period and have no cash value. Where over-quota working is enabled, extra cases are recorded and billable according to your order.
• Fees. Fees, billing cycle and taxes are as stated in your order. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are in euros and exclude VAT and other taxes.
• Use of case data. You may use the personal data you see about server owners only to enforce your rights in the products concerned. Do not harass, doxx, publicly name or contact anyone outside the process, and do not republish their details.
• Results. We do not guarantee any number of servers found, cases settled or revenue recovered. “Recovered revenue” is derived from purchases we matched to flagged servers and is not an audited financial figure.

Operators and admins must follow the confidentiality, security and conduct rules in their engagement with us. Access to personal data is for working assigned cases only, every view is logged, and misuse can lead to immediate removal of access. Do not copy case data outside the Dashboard.

• You are not required to open the page, sign in, or answer. Using it does not waive any right or defence you have, and does not admit anything beyond the facts you state.
• Answer truthfully. A false purchase claim, a doctored screenshot, or a made-up transaction ID may be rejected, may be passed to the studio, and may be relied on in any later dispute.
• The studio’s warnings on the page, including any statement about what happens if resources return, are the studio’s statements. Keydros does not make legal threats of its own.
• If you choose “Sign in with Cfx.re”, we read only your Cfx.re user ID and username and then revoke the key we were given. See the cookie page for the cookies involved.
• Screenshots and details you submit are shared with the studio concerned and Keydros staff so the case can be checked.
• If you think a notice is wrong, say so on the page or write to hello@keydros.com with your case reference. A person will review it.

Do not: break the law; access data or accounts you are not authorised to; probe, scan or load-test the Dashboard without permission; bypass access controls or rate limits; upload malware or unlawful content; submit forged purchases, webhooks or evidence; scrape case pages; or use the Dashboard to harass, intimidate or defame anyone.

Server counts, flag rates, player counts and recovered-revenue figures are estimates built from periodic scans of public data and from the sales you provide. They depend on third-party sources we do not control. Player counts shown to studios are estimates and may be adjusted to account for the times of day scans run, so they should not be relied on as exact or audited figures. Staff views show the unadjusted numbers.

Keydros owns the Dashboard, its software, design and documentation, and the Keydros and Brick Software LLC names and marks. Studios keep ownership of their products, product data and templates, and grant us a limited licence to use them to provide the service. We receive no rights in a studio’s MLOs or maps. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.

FiveM, Cfx.re, Tebex, Discord, Rockstar Games and other names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what the service works with.

The Dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that detections and matches are complete or correct.

To the extent the law allows, Keydros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill. For a studio, our total liability arising from the service in any 12 months is limited to the fees the studio paid for that period. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

A studio will indemnify Keydros against third-party claims arising from content it supplies (including message templates and rights claims) or from its breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, create risk for others, or fail to pay. A studio may end its plan as set out in its order. After closure we handle data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (for example ownership, liability, governing law) do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected and either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
