Cookies & tracking
Last updated 12 October 2026. Keydros is operated by Brick Software LLC.
1. In short
The Keydros dashboard uses only strictly necessary cookies: they keep you signed in, protect sign-in against forgery, or complete a sign-in you asked for. We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or fingerprinting, we do not use third-party tracking scripts, and no cookie is shared with another company. Because these cookies are essential, there is no consent banner and nothing to opt in to.
3. Tracking and analytics
There is no web analytics package, advertising pixel, session recording or social-media widget in the dashboard, and no content loaded from third-party advertising or analytics networks. Sign-in with Discord or the Cfx.re forum takes you to those services, which set their own cookies under their own policies.
4. Case page testing
We sometimes compare two versions of the case page, for example with and without Cfx.re sign-in, to see which helps owners settle a case faster. The version a case uses is stored on our server against the case, not in a cookie, it is fixed for that case, and it is not linked to anything about you beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy. Results are reported in aggregate to our team.
5. View logs
When someone opens a case page or a staff view of personal data, we record the case, the type of view, the time, the Cfx.re identity if you signed in, and a keyed one-way hash of the IP address (not the address). This is an access record for accountability and security, not a tracking profile. Standard web-server logs, including IP addresses, are also kept briefly on our hosting for security and fault diagnosis.
6. Your choices
You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so signs you out. Blocking the essential cookies stops sign-in from working. We honour browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals; because we do not track you, they change nothing.
