A notice or case page from Keydros is sent on behalf of a studio that states it holds the rights in the MLO or map concerned. It sets out what was found, when and where, and offers ways to settle: show a licence, remove the resource, or explain a transfer.

It is not a court order, a judgment, or a decision by any authority. Statements about possible further action are the studio’s. Answers are checked against the studio’s sales and later scans before a case is closed.

If you believe a notice is a mistake, you hold a licence we have not matched, or the work is yours, tell us using the case page or at hello@keydros.com with your case reference. A person reviews every dispute. If the claim does not hold, the case is closed in your favour.

Subpoenas, legal notices and rights-holder complaints concerning Keydros should be sent in writing to the postal address above, with a copy to hello@keydros.com, stating the case reference or URL, who you are, the right you rely on, and how to reach you. Takedowns a studio files with a hosting or marketplace platform are handled under that platform’s own process.
